Refund Policy

Overview

At ATL Grind, we strive to provide high-quality job posting services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our $49 job posting fee.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If your job posting fails to publish due to a technical error on our end
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same listing
  • Service Failure: If we are unable to provide the service as described

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after successful publication
  • Job position was filled or is no longer available
  • Dissatisfaction with the number of applicants received
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in removal of your posting
  • Request made after 7 days from the date of purchase

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at andrew@atlgrind.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include your payment confirmation and job posting details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund through Stripe
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion. For example, if a significant portion of your 60-day listing period was affected by technical issues.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently ban you from using our services. Please contact us directly to resolve any payment issues.
