Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ATL Grind ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Job Posting Services
Pricing
Job postings on ATL Grind cost $49 per listing. Payment is required upfront before your job is published.
Listing Duration
Job postings are active for 60 days from the date of publication. After 60 days, listings automatically expire and are removed from the Site.
Content Guidelines
When posting a job, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Post legitimate job opportunities only
- Not include discriminatory language or requirements
- Not post jobs for illegal activities
- Own or have permission to use any logos or images included
Prohibited Content
You may not post job listings that:
- Contain fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information
- Violate any local, state, or federal laws
- Discriminate based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Promote pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or similar business models
- Contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Remove any job posting that violates these terms
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Modify or discontinue the Site at any time
- Change pricing and terms with notice
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
ATL Grind is a platform that connects employers and job seekers. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy or legitimacy of job postings
- Employment decisions made by employers or candidates
- Any disputes between employers and candidates
- Loss of data or service interruptions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATL Grind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ATL Grind harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
